SMF complements NEXIM — it does not replace it
NEXIM manages your Fuji production line, program scheduling and component placement data. SMF operates in the warehouse and material logistics layer — a separate, additive capability. Customers do not need to modify or replace any NEXIM workflows to deploy SMF. The integration is additive by design.

SCENARIO 01
Work-Order Material Issuance
When NEXIM releases a production order, SMF receives the material demand, locates and locks the correct reels in inventory, and delivers them to the designated lineside station — fully tracked.

Exception Handling & Shortage Escalation
If SMF cannot fulfil a material request due to shortage or expired lot, it flags the exception back to NEXIM immediately — giving the production team time to respond before the line stops.

End-of-Run Return & Consumption Record
After the production run, surplus reels are scanned back into SMF, stored automatically in SMD BOX, and final consumption data — quantity used, UID, lot — is pushed back to NEXIM to close the traceability record.
