シックスシグマ
シックスシグマとは、多種多様な統計解析「ツール」と「テクニック」を用いて、生産工程における品質不良の削減を目的とした経営理念です。 リーン生産方式、アジャイル生産方式、総合生産保全方式（TPM）、そして比較的似ている（しかし機能的には異なる！）リーンシックスシグマなど、他の生産方式から要素を借用した堅牢な方法論です（いくつか例を挙げます）。

Es handelt sich um eine robuste Methodik, die Elemente aus anderen Fertigungsmethoden wie Lean, Agile Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) und dem relativ ähnlichen (aber funktional unterschiedlichen!) Lean Six Sigma entlehnt, um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen
