  1. Download TO Desk Software
    Visit the TO Desk official website to download the installation package suitable for your system.
  2. nstall the Software
    Double-click the downloaded installation package and follow the prompts to complete the installation process. After installation is completed, TO Desk will start automatically.
  3. Obtain ID and Temporary Password
    After installation, your ID and a temporary password will be displayed on the main interface of TO Desk. Please provide this information to the engineer from Neotel Technology.
  4. Wait for the Engineer to Connect
    The engineer from Neotel Technology will use the provided ID and password to connect to your device to offer remote assistance. Once the connection request is established, you will see a prompt asking for permission to connect. Click “Accept” to allow the connection.
TeamViewer Installation Tutorial
  1. Download TeamViewer Software
    Visit the TeamViewer official website to download the installation package suitable for your system.
  2. Install the Software
    Double-click the downloaded installation package and select “Basic Installation,” then follow the prompts to complete the installation process. After installation is completed, TeamViewer will start automatically.
  3. Obtain ID and Password
    Your ID and temporary password will be displayed on the main interface of TeamViewer. Please provide this information to the engineer from Neotel Technology.
  4. Wait for the Engineer to Connect
    The engineer from Neotel Technology will use the provided ID and password to connect to your device to offer remote assistance. Once the connection request is established, you will see a prompt asking for permission to connect. Click “Allow” to establish the remote connection.

Yes, during the remote assistance session, you can view in real-time all actions performed by the engineer on your device. If you have any questions about certain operations, you can communicate with the engineer via voice or text at any time.

What if my issue cannot be resolved remotely?

 If the problem cannot be resolved through remote means, our engineer will assess the situation and provide a follow-up solution, which may include sending replacement parts by mail or arranging on-site technical support.
