Neo Counter, Xay reel counter, designed and produced by Neotel Technology, changes the way of manual SMT component counting with the latest X-Ray imaging, automation, technology. Users can get SMD component quantity information in seconds.

How does Neo Counter work?

Neo Counter X400 is an offline SMD component counter. Users can load up 4 reels into the system. Embedded camera system can detect their existence and even recognize material information in 1D/2D. Once material information is verified, the system will automatically do the component counting job with the help of X-ray imaging technology. Component quantity in the specific reel will be stored into a database and even upload to the user’s IT system whatever MES/ERP, etc.

AI technology make different

Artificial intelligence image algorithm makes counting process faster than ever. Within seconds user get the quantity result and automatically linked to specific reel part ID.

AI algorithm not only work on the conventional SMD component but also work for loose component (not in reel style) and even odd forms.
